Sync yourself with the rhythm of nature
Nature heals. Not just by taking herbal supplements or going for a walk in the woods, but by harmonizing our lives with the cycle of the seasons and the moon.
Spring is when we plant the seeds of new ideas, coming out of winter, itching to create and expand.
Summer is for nurturing our projects, celebrating and connecting with others.
Fall is when we let go of things that no longer fit our lives, and we strengthen the connections and resources that will get us through the cold months.
Winter is a time of contraction, of doing reflective self-work and resting.
If you harness this cycle, you more easily flow with the energy around you
Spiral Within: The Dark Half of the Year specifically works with the energy from the Fall Equinox to the Spring Equinox to support you through this more internal, contracted, and self-reflective time.

Meet your teacher
My name is Rebecca Rose, and I was right there where you are, craving something I couldn't name. I felt that I was missing this important connection, but I didn't know what it was.
I was outside all the time as a kid, fascinated by the natural world. That love led me to study biology in college. Though raised Catholic, by my mid-20’s I was basically an atheist. Massage school exposed me to energy work and reiki and I discovered there was *something* else—this magical energy that connects all living things.
I then crossed paths with a couple of pagans, asked the right questions, and now I've been a Tarot reader and practicing pagan for a decade.
In addition to Spiral Within, I've been in two covens, one that I co-created, and I helped organize a Year and A Day training to explore the eight pagan holidays, creating a public ritual for each. I've celebrated as a solitary practitioner, with non-pagan partners, and with groups.

What is Shadow Work?
Shadow Work is exploring our subconscious patterns.
As Carl Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
Each Shadow Work journey is unique. Often what you come seeking to shift leads us on an adventure of discovery into parts of your subconscious you didn’t even know played a part in the problem.
Shadow Work is challenging to do alone. Let me and my Tarot cards help shine a light for you.
Past coven members have experienced:
Improved anxiety
Finding the courage to leave toxic situations
Investing more deeply in healthy, nourishing connections
Embracing vulnerability and authentic connection
Taking the leap into an unconventional career
Saving energy and stress by doing things differently
Even though each Shadow Journey is completely unique, I can guarantee our one-on-one readings will be genuine, deep, and sometimes gently confronting. You’ll feel held, heard and seen, by me and the coven as a whole, helping you confidently connect more deeply and authentically with yourself and those around you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pagan can mean many things, but it technically means “a person holding religious beliefs other than those of the main world religions”. I’ve sat in circle with plenty of Christian pagans, contradictory as it might seem. Pagans also use other words such as witch, heathen, or earth-based spirituality. Trying to define the religious views of all pagans is near impossible because at our core we are non-conformists.
And that’s what I want to offer you.
I have my views and beliefs, but you don’t have to agree with me to be in this circle. In fact, I don’t want you to blindly believe anything I say until you experience it yourself. That’s how I approached this path, and I’m so solid in my views now, because everything I believe, I’ve experienced. And that certainty through experience is what I want to give to you through our time together.

~ The planet is a living being (Mother Earth), both metaphorically and literally as a giant ecosystem
~ We are all children of Mother Earth (since we are physically made from her)
~ All living beings are animated with a unifying life force
~ We, as Earthlings, thrive best when we are in harmony with the seasons
~ Our thoughts create our reality much more than we are taught
~ Magic is harnessing that life force that flows though everything with intention (thoughts) to create a change
-or- Energy + Intention = Magic
~ I have no idea what deities (Gods and Goddesses) are, I like working with some, but don’t know if they are just an archetype my brain likes or an actual entity (and I don’t care either way)
~ I lean towards reincarnation, but my spirituality is focused on the now and the comfort that my body goes back to Mother Earth is my “afterlife”
And again, because this is important, I don’t want you to believe any of this unless it makes sense for you. You should make up your own mind through your lived experiences. I’m only sharing to be totally transparent with where I come from before you commit to working with me.
Got it? Good!

Yup! It totally is, and I think any spiritual practice that doesn’t have a focus on personal growth is lacking something vitally important. And I think self reflection is even more important for people that practice magic. When we’re setting intentions and focusing our energy to manifest our dreams, we better know ourselves first or things could get real weird real fast. And by having the touch stone of each pagan holiday equally spaced throughout the year, we can reflect back and witness our growth as we sync our inner world to the outer world. Neo-paganism has self-help woven throughout and I think it’s a beautiful byproduct of this practice that I hardily encourage.
-
~ More deeply understand your subconscious patterns so you can shift them in a more potent, intentional direction (aka Shadow Work)
~ Get clearer on what you truly want in life and notice the ways you hold yourself back
~ Master the divination tools of Tarot and astrology to better trust your intuition
~ Meet other Earth-loving people and form supportive relationships
~ The accountability and connection that only practicing in a group can provide
~ Learn about Paganism and integrate a more grounded, Earth-centered spirituality into your life
~ Have the tools to celebrate and honor the holidays in the Dark Half of the Year for the rest of your life (if you so choose!)
I can’t promise you’ll meet the love of your life, have financial success, buy your dream home, or any other external goal you may have, though these practices certainly won’t hurt those chances! Using these practices I have met an amazing lover, shifted into dream careers I never thought possible and deeply love my life. I can promise that you will know yourself much more deeply, and you will have tools to start moving decisively in the direction of your dreams, with me and the rest of the coven cheering you on along the way.

…She’s an open, warm reflection and a reassuring presence. Spiral Within is an excellent opportunity to join with like-minded people and Rebecca’s guidance was a lovely part of that.”
-
…with Spiral Within being my first virtual one. The times I turned to her for additional help I always came away with some clarity and insight and things to do or ponder. She puts her heart and soul into her work so you can’t help but feel a gentle embrace in perfect love and perfect trust.”
-
…Spiral Within is a place where pagan/spiritual people who like to do self-work can be witnessed and held while exploring the Sabbats as the wheel turns. The guided meditations were recordings so I could create my own sacred space and listen to them when I was ready. This was one of my favorite parts because it was like a balance of solo-practice along with supportive group work, since we would come together and share our experiences of the meditations after completion. I look forward to sharing space with this sacred spiral again in the future! So mote it be!”
-
…Working with Rebecca, joining Spiral Within and participating in ritual has enhanced my intuition and connection with the planet, seasons and archetypes. I feel heard, accepted and supported.”
-
…She is open and accommodating. Her guided meditations were fantastic. Her knowledge of the lore and holidays allowed everyone to celebrate on their own way. I would participate in Spiral Within or any coven that Rebecca leads in the future. It was very life changing for me. It was great to feel part of a whole, always celebrating something, and connecting with myself, others, and nature!”
